HELP

To obtain remote assistance: -

Download the file remhost203.exe in the link below: -

Application

Find where you downloaded it, usually the desktop.

Install it by and double clicking on it

You should now see the icon below on your desktop: -

(Icon on Desktop)

Now whenever you require assistance double click on the icon above to start the software

You will see a box into which certain details are required

In 'User Name:' your login name will appear but you can change it you like.

Type the following web address exactly as shown into 'Help Desk Address:'

yoens.hopto.org

As indicated by the the red highlight below.

Now whenever you require assistance Telephone Steve on 0845 0560243

Then when prompted click the 'Request Assistance' button

Steve will be able to view your desktop and assist
